Launching a Medication Review from a Workstation

To launch a medication review from the Patient Centre icon:

1. From the Workbench, select the Patient Centre icon.
   
   A Patient Centre window appears.
2. Select Launch.
   
   A Medication Review window appears.
   
3. Select the appropriate medication review type. The medication review is launched in Patient Centre.

If a patient is eligible for a medication review, a Patient Focused Services message will be displayed in the Patient Folder and in Rx Detail.

To launch a medication review from the Patient Focused Service prompt:

1. 1. Search for and select an eligible patient.
   2. Select the Patient Focused Services prompt that displays at the bottom of the Patient Folder.
      
      A Medication Review window appears.
   3. Select Launch.
      
      A Medication Review window appears.
      
   4. Select the appropriate medication review type. The medication review is launched in Patient Centre
      

To launch a medication review from the Patient Folder:

1. Search for and select the patient.
2. Select the Profile tab.
3. Select Rx > PFS > Medication Review.
   
   A Patient Centre window appears.
4. Select Launch.
   
   A Medication Review window appears.
   
5. Select the appropriate medication review type. The medication review is launched in Patient Centre.
